This was just released yesterday and you should get everyone you know to watch it. Carol Evans is blossoming in retirement. Clearly you need to be a little bit retired to fully speak your mind about beavers if you work for a large federal agency. Or a state agency, Or anywhere really. You get the idea.

Isn’t that wonderful? Gee do you think I sent it to the nature based solutions people as informed commentary? You know I did,
I heard from Carol yesterday who is pleased as punch with how it came out. She clearly has made a dent in the aluminum siding of Nevada’s thinking about beavers. I believe it will take a while for anyone to rub to out. And not just Nevada, because Carols work inspired Suzanne Fouty of Oregon and Joe Wheaton of Utah and undergrad Emily Fairfax who ultimately decided to scrap an entire career and study beavers instead.
We are all standing on the shoulders of giants.
