Because the beaver isn't just an animal; it's an ecosystem!

Day: July 1, 2023

Elizabeth Winstead of GG Audubon fame was new to the festival but that didn’t stop her from stepping up to the plate. She dreamed, created and executed the beavers memes and memories site, and engaged folk young and old in her project. Entries are still accepted and you can read about them here: Click on the blue headers to go to the website.

What’s a meme?

A meme is unit of cultural transmission. On the internet, it’s usually an image or video with a funny caption that spreads on social media.
